Kahlo Collective is a Sydney-based creative strategy and design studio specialising in boutique hotels and accommodation.

We help owners, investors and developers create more distinctive, desirable and commercially valuable properties by bringing together strategy, interiors, brand and storytelling under one clear creative direction.

Meet Jennifer Ngu

Kahlo Collective was founded by Jennifer Ngu, a creative director, brand strategist and marketer with experience across hospitality, property, interiors, growth and brand transformation.

Her career spans both agency and in-house leadership, including work with globals brands such as Apple, Adobe, Coca-Cola, Qantas, Optus, Commonwealth Bank and Kellogg’s.

Today, Jennifer brings that mix of commercial thinking and creative direction to hospitality - helping owners see what a property could become and building the strategy, design and story to bring it to life.
